Eating blueberries while reading an article about the health benefits of blueberries…
That’s just one of the many great health benefits of these blue little balls. I eat them mostly because of their antioxidant content. Specifically Wild blueberries.
The point I’m making here is eat strategically. Only eat something if it’s the BEST. If it will give you the most nutrients. The has to be a reason for everything you put in your mouth (no pun intended). Remember the 80/20 rule: 20% of all the foods will give you 80% of all the vitamins and nutrients you need. choose your food carefully. Eat only the best!
