How do you make sure you do a good habit? …For example, go to the gym everyday, film a video blog, eat healthy, floss teeth.
The answer might sound so simple that you think it’s stupid nut nevertheless it’s powerful stuff.
So how can you make good habits easy?
- Have it ready
- Bring it closer
- Have it visible
If it’s a complex task i’d recommend writing down a detailed step by step list for getting it done. I find that it makes things easier to do in the mornings and after work when you’re tired.

For bad habits… just do the opposite. Make them hard to do.

- Take it far away
- Hide it out of sight
